According to census John was born 1800 - 1801.. dau. Nancy's
birth cert shows parents as John & Sarah(nee Walton).. Only
marriage found for same is John Spink to Sarah Walton
29/12/1817 at Birkin...(Sarah's parish of birth) if this is the
right marriage then John is possibly under age : the marriage
may have been the subject of a Licence.. worth checking !!
